In 2018 we won with this cheese at the renowned cheese festival in Nantwich (England) a golden award for this very tasty cheese. This old sheep's cheese has been matured for at least a year. It is a harder cheese with a creamy texture. This cheese is delicious on a hot baguette or as a snack with a glass of red grape juice.
