Organic Gouda Aged | 300gm - 1kg

This is the oldest variant of our organic cheese. Matured for at least a year, this cheese has a wonderfully sharp and strong taste, reminiscent of parmesan cheese. This cheese can be perfectly cut into pieces with our Dutch Cheese Knife and sliced with one of our cheese slicers. You can also grate the cheese over the pasta or the salad with one of our cheese graters.
